In plain terms
What it actually is.
A board is asked, every year, to show that it has looked at its own performance honestly. That work usually happens across email, a spreadsheet and a consultant's document, and then it disappears.
BoardServe is where that work lives instead. Questions are prepared and issued to named people. Answers come back privately. The results become a written report for the board pack, and the whole trail stays in place for next year, for the auditors, and for whoever chairs the board next.
For a director taking part, it is a short set of questions on any device. Everything else is for the people running it.
